1. Get in touch
Send us a note using the form below, email madehere@bettervending.ca, or call 226-988-1312. We'll set up a quick call to learn about your venue and concession setup, then send you information you can share with your team.
2. Work out who needs to be involved
Every venue handles this a little differently. Usually someone approves a new supplier, someone manages food and beverage day to day, and finance sets up the account. Others may just need to be kept informed.

3. Start small
Our minimum order is $150 before HST. Start with a small first order at your concession stand, see what sells, and build from there.
4. Set us up as a supplier
We'll send your finance team what they need to add us as a vendor. Invoices come from BetterVending Inc., the company behind MadeHere, on net 15 terms.
5. Plan around your programming
Order ahead of busy runs and scale back in quieter periods. We schedule deliveries around your calendar. No subscription is required.
6. Sell and reorder
You sell the products through your existing concession and keep the full margin. Reorder what sells and swap out what doesn't.
